Awesome!
Location is great, the property has distinct 18-th century vibes close to my heart. Really enjoyed our stay there. Restaurant is great.
Driving there sort of takes you through pedestrian zones, but parking on site was great.

Nice hotel without a beach
Very nice hotel taking its job seriously. Quality and well decorated rooms, very good breakfast.
The hotel is advertised as being next to the beach, however, for those who are not familiar with the Italian way, you should know that beaches are completely privatised in the country. That means there is really no beach next door if you don't pay a handsome amount of money (in this case 50 or so Euros) for umbrella and chairs. It seemed the hotel had some lounges reserved for their clients (so as a part of their service) but not for everybody. We were told that they are all 'occupied' which seems strange. This means the hotel gives a service to some clients but not to others. Felt wrong.

Definitely worth it! One of the most beautiful hotels in Grado.
Very nice hotel in excellent location. Staff really great.
Our room was not in the main building and WIFI did not work. It was announced in the ad (free wifi) so that was disappointing. If this is something you don’t want to miss ask for a room in the main house. Also, due to last minute booking, no hotel beach chairs available anymore
